Three days charged with purification, meditations, video lectures from Master Choa Kok Sui’s, and discourses from Master Glenn and Master Marilag.

It’s of utmost importance that all energy workers take the time to work on themselves in order to be in optimal condition to help others.

Day 1 Agenda – Purify

The warm Caribbean beach will host a deep cleansing exercise and purification of your physical body, emotional body and mental body. Reviewing what you’ve learned in Basic Pranic Healing but focused and intensively practiced in a tropical setting, an environment that’s perfect for purification.

  • Start the day with a Sun Salutation Yoga at sunrise
  • Master Choa Kok Suis’s video lecture and reflection on the teachings
  • Group Meditation to start the cleansing process
  • Instructions for deep cleansing exercises at the beach
  • Group cleansing in the ocean
  • Individual purification in the ocean
  • Inner reflection exercises

Day 2 Agenda – Energize

After an intense cleansing day on the beach your bodies will be in best shape to move on to deep meditation. We will be doing meditation in a secluded area of the rainforest which facilitates elevating your spirit in harmony with mother nature. Leverage the energy of the magical setting of El Yunque Rainforest Reserve and feel the connection like no other place. Flush out negative and stressful energies from our bodies to be better channels for blessing Mother Earth.

  • Group Meditation to elevate consciousness and awareness
  • Master Choa Kok Suis’s video lecture and reflection on the teachings
  • Excursion to El Yunque Rainforest to do meditation
  • Back at the hotel at night we will be doing the burning of undesired thoughts and emotions in the fire pit ritual and meditation.

Day 3 Agenda – Align with your higher Purpose

Masters lectures on how to live a Pranic Healer and Arhatic Yoga life. Living life in purpose, from soul level, adds a whole new dimension to your spiritual practice. Finding your purpose, planning your life, and placing your annual goals in a vision board 6 weeks in advance of starting the year is a the first step.

  • Start the day with a Sun Salutation Yoga at sunrise
  • Group Meditation to maintain the energy levels after a day of deep cleansing and a day of deep and transforming meditations.

  • Masters lectures on living in Purpose
